1) Click START APPLICATION on the top right of application form. Fill in your name and email address and click START SIGNING

2) Complete all required information.

3) On page 4, Covid Screening, you only need name and birthdate. The remaining portion will be filled in on the 1st day of camp.

4) Once all required fields are completed, look over your application one more time to ensure you didn't miss anything

5) Scroll back to the top of this page, and click SIGN & COMPLETE.

6) You're all set! You will receive a copy of your application via email within a few minutes.  Applicants will be notified by June 1st
